I am currently in network with Optum/United Healthcare, Motion Picture Industry Plan (MPI), Oscar, First Health, Cigna and Aetna. You will only be responsible for your co-pay and any deductibles that have not been met. We are happy to accept these plans and process the claims on your behalf. Please provide your policy ID# and date of birth when setting up your first appointment.
Sliding Scale
I offer sliding scale based on household income and will work with you to find a way for therapy to be financially suitable for you. Please contact me if you would like to further discuss this option.
